New Philly band Candy Ass combines upbeat riffs and angry lyrics to give off high energy vibes. Good Time Good Time talks about understanding one’s self through emotional words while also bringing together upbeat leads to tie together the band’s debut release. This album has an airy early 80’s punk sound as if it was recorded in a basement. It makes it so much better that it isn’t fine tuned. This adds to that buck the system punk EP. Over all this was a great EP, we can’t wait to hear a full LP from these guys.
