Consigned Through Oblivion was formed in 2018 by Vocalist, and Lyricist, Mark Alday and Guitarist/songwriter/composer, Daniel Olivarria in Douglas, Arizona. The band was originally going to be just a cover band for fun but the two members soon decided to start composing and writing original material and everything fell into place. In late 2018 the band started to record the preproduction for their EP “A Broken Reality” which, at the time, did not have a solid title. The band recorded with their producer, and current bassist, Joseph Morales who later in 2020 joined the band as the full time bassist. By the late summer of 2019 the band had begun to start the recording process of “A Broken Reality” and released it in the late fall of 2019 followed by releasing a Lyric/Music video for their single “Living For You.” A Broken Reality is about the Beauties and horrors of Alcoholism and addiction through an addicts eyes but the lyrics are for the most part ambiguous according to Vocalist/Lyricist, Mark Alday. The band remain as a trio who are currently working on their 2nd project which they aim to release as an LP or a full length Album. The band refers to themselves as a Melodic Death Metal band with an ambient and electronic touch to their sound. The band still resides in Douglas, Arizona.
