Written In Gray is from Westfield (middle of nowhere) NC, and officially formed in 2014. We created a four track demo called The One Has Risen at the end of 2014 and started playing shows in early 2015. By mid 2015, after a lineup change, we were opening for national acts such as Arch Enemy, Goatwhore and John 5, and playing across the Southeast. In 2016 we released an EP called Sea of Embers, and started working on our first album. The first single, What’s Done Is Done, was released in 2018, and in spring of 2020 we released two more singles, Sanguine Rose and Corrode, followed by the the full album At War With Myself on all platforms May 9th.
