Eleven Women is a very chill listening experience. The album mostly contains upbeat songs with some melancholy sprinkled in. Steve Kilbey‘s voice is rather soothing and it fits in well with the jingle that most of the album has. The song “Doris McAllister” is somewhat of an outlier, the song rocks a bit harder than the rest while still feeling that it belongs. At different points there’s a somewhat mystical feel to the songs and it brings pleasant vibes. This album’s slow pace makes for a relaxing listening experience and we would certainly recommend everyone check it out.
